Public generator
The free policy generator runs in your browser. It does not send its form responses to an AI Policy Kit server.
Workspace data
When you create a workspace, AI Policy Kit stores your email address, a salted password hash, server-side session records, workspace metadata, saved generated documents, generation usage and minimal audit events. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Audit events do not contain document content.
AI processing
Workspace generation requests are processed through Cloudflare Workers AI to create the requested draft. Do not enter credentials, payment information, health information or confidential client data. Review all generated output before use.
Retention and deletion
You can delete saved documents from the workspace. Account deletion and a support channel are not configured yet; do not use the workspace for information that requires a formal deletion or data-processing agreement.
Payments and analytics
No payment provider, advertising analytics or mailing-list provider is enabled in the workspace at this time. This notice must be updated before any such integration is switched on.
